My background is in management and luxury retail. I went to school for a bachelors in fashion merchandising and management. When I had my son in 2021 my recovery was extremely rough, and I realized there was hardly any resources out for postpartum care.
There had to be a better alternative! I decided that helping women through postpartum care was where I needed to be.
Giving birth is hard enough, but your postpartum journey shouldn't feel like a never-ending triathlon. Finding practical resources and support should not be a LUXURY but be available to all new moms.
My Services
I offer 1:1 coaching, online group coaching, and a monthly membership along with resources. I partner with experts in the field to bring a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of recovery. My goal is that mamas will be empowered in their journey while being apart of a supportive community.
